As a SBO Revenue Cycle Supervisor, you will supervise staff responsible for Customer Service & Self-Pay, Patient Credits and Office Support. You will monitor quality performance and compliance for individual team members in accordance with Main Line operating guidelines. Responsibilities will include: verify both inbound and outbound extract files to bad debt vendors are functioning as designed, monitor aged accounts receivable to include unpaid transactions awaiting resolution from other MLH departments, optimize use of Epic Dashboard and Report Library to monitor trends, and conduct root cause analysis and assess staff productivity.

Experience:
1. One to two years in a supervisory role desirable.
2. Four to five years in customer service, healthcare billing experience and/or accounts receivable experience preferred.
3. Experience with automated patient accounting systems preferred; Epic Resolute desirable.
4. Microsoft Office applications experience.
5. Knowledge of insurance contracts, billing regulations and medical terminology preferred.
6. Knowledge of HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 and revenue codes preferred.
7. Good written/oral communications and problem solving skills required.
8. Strong analytical, mathematical and organizational skills required.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Licensures/Certifications:
Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)/American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM), or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)/Healthcare Financial Management Association desirable.
