Compensation: $93,100.80 – $144,227.20

Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Finance, you will serve as a key financial partner to hospital leadership. In this role, you will:
- Provide strategic financial planning and analysis for hospital operations
- Represent finance on cross-functional committees
- Support development of annual operating and capital budgets
- Prepare final budget packages for Board-level reporting
- Analyze budget variances and collaborate with departments including:
- General Accounting
- Business Office
- Decision Support
- Educate leadership on financial performance and management strategies

Position Requirements
Experience:
- 8–10 years of healthcare financial management experience required
- 5 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Proven ability to present complex financial data to Senior Management and Trustees
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Finance Required)
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred
