Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent based in Des Plaines, IL. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their insurance needs, identifying suitable coverage options, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role involves selling insurance products, managing client accounts, and offering top-notch customer service. The Insurance Agent will also liaise with insurance carriers, handle inquiries, and maintain detailed records of client interactions and policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge of Finance and ability to assess insurance options related to clients' financial circumstances
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
- Licensing to sell health or other types of insurance, or the ability to obtain licensing quickly
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience in a similar role or the insurance industry is preferred
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
