Main is hiring for full-time Time Keeper for work in the Shipyard.
Job Description:
Main Industries is seeking a Time Keeper/On-Site Admin (Full-Time Monday- Friday 6am- 2:30pm) who is capable of accessing Government facilities including Newport News Shipbuilding. You will be responsible for maintaining daily time/hours on the UKG platform for around 300 employees. This individual will also assist the Lead Time Keeper and work closely with the payroll administrator in weekly time collection and processing.
Pay Range: ($19 - $24) Starting pay with opportunity for advancement and increase depending on reliability, skills and abilities.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Timekeeping
- Auditing Time Records for Accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Filing appropriate paperwork
- Working closely with the Payroll Administrator and Director of Trades Support
- Creating and Running Reports in UKG
- Self-Motivated
Requirements:
- Preferred Associates Degree
- Basic knowledge of UKG platform strongly preferred
- 2-4 years Timekeeping Experience preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Good Organizational Skills
- Reliable
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
