Role Description This full-time, on-site Event Sales Coordinator role is based at the Main Event center in Grand Rapids, MI. The Event Sales Coordinator manages inbound event inquiries, consults with guests to understand their needs, and creates customized event packages for birthdays, corporate outings, fundraisers, and group gatherings. This role prepares proposals, processes bookings, and coordinates event details with operations teams to ensure smooth execution and a high-quality guest experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate event records, following up on leads, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with internal stakeholders on promotions and group sales initiatives. The coordinator also supports on-site event check-ins, addresses guest questions, and helps drive repeat business through excellent service and professional communication.

- Organizational strengths, such as attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with basic office and sales tools (e.g., CRM systems, scheduling software, email, and spreadsheets).
- Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment venues, or group sales is preferred but not required.
