Operating Policies

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cook/Dishwasher located in Woodbury, MN. As a Cook/Dishwasher, you will assist with food preparation, cooking meals following established recipes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities also include washing and storing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as assisting in maintaining an inventory of kitchen supplies as needed. The role involves collaboration with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meal service to guests and members.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to handle dish washing and kitchen equipment cleaning efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality
• Previous experience in a restaurant, club, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
