What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at Main Energy Inc.?
Responsibilities:
- Process fuel and propane orders and complete forms as required to fulfill customer requests
- Answer incoming calls from customers, contact existing and future customers, and provide customers with information on products and service
- Assist and support walk in customers
- Contact customers to answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and create new business
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Customer service experience
- Experience with RCC Fuel Software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
