POSITION TITLE:Administrative Assistant
DEPARTMENT: School Based
WORK DAYS: 200
REPORTS TO: Principal
SALARY SCHEDULE:
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Proficient computer skills, including ability to create and edit documents and spreadsheets, enter data and work with operational systems.
2. Working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of common office equipment and machines.
3. Customer service oriented and Professional Dress.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
2. Obtains, gathers, and organizes pertinent data as needed, and puts it into usable form.
3. Maintains a regular filing system, as well as a set of locked confidential files, and processes incoming correspondence as instructed.
4. Acts as receptionist for the school; places and receives telephone calls.
5. Orders and maintains office supplies as needed.
6. Maintains a schedule of appointments and makes arrangements for conferences and interviews.
7. Welcomes visitors and complete tasks as needed.
8. Accomplishes duties, responsibilities, and identified goals described during the yearly personnel evaluation interview and assessment instrument.
9. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor and/or the central administration.
Salary : $23,000 - $34,000
