WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are actively seeking a Delivery Lead to drive service operations for a large, multidisciplinary Pega technical team consisting of developers, analysts, and QA testers. This role is ideal for a consulting professional who combines strong program management discipline with the ability to drive execution, ensure delivery excellence, and maintain alignment across teams in complex enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate brings experience supporting platform-based delivery (Pega or similar automation platforms), with a strong focus on operational rigor, team onboarding, integration, enablement, and continuous improvement across delivery functions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Reporting to our Data and Platforms Practice Lead, as a Full-Time Associate on our team, you will work onsite 2-3 days a week from our Main Digital HQ office and/or client's office in the local McLean, VA area.As the Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery operations of a large Pega-based program. You will ensure that teams are properly staffed, onboarded, and operating efficiently while maintaining alignment to delivery standards, SLAs, and client expectations.
You will serve as a central point of coordination across delivery leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders, driving reporting, managing risks and escalations, and ensuring the successful execution of automation-related services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 7 years of experience in program management, delivery operations, or related roles
- Experience supporting platform-based delivery, preferably Pega Systems or automation platforms
- Proven experience managing large, cross-functional delivery teams (developers, analysts, QA)
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and enterprise program governance
- Experience managing delivery reporting, SLAs, and performance metrics
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial management of delivery programs
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple workstreams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day delivery operations for a large, multidisciplinary Pega delivery program
- Manage onboarding, integration, and ongoing support of delivery resources across teams
- Ensure adherence to delivery SLAs, quality standards, and program-level expectations
- Develop and maintain program reporting, including status, risks, financials, and performance metrics
- Monitor and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues, driving resolution across stakeholders
- Partner with delivery leads and technical teams to ensure alignment and execution against program objectives
- Support coordination across multiple pods or workstreams to ensure consistent delivery practices
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, operational efficiency, and team effectiveness
