Main Course Restaurant & Marketplace is seeking a dedicated, team-oriented professional to join our high-volume culinary team. This is a vital role for someone who takes pride in the "backbone" of the kitchen—ensuring our prep standards remain consistent and high-quality for our modern American cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
- Precision Prep: Participate in daily food production, executing high-quality prep for both our restaurant and market programs.
- Consistency & Quality: Follow established recipes and techniques to ensure every component meets our kitchen's standards.
- Kitchen Stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized, and restocked workstation. We believe a clean kitchen is a successful kitchen.
- Closing Operations: Assist with essential closing duties to ensure the kitchen is reset and ready for the next day's success.
Schedule & Culture

- Evening & Weekend Availability: This role is essential to our peak service times; late evening and weekend availability is required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
- Full-Time/Part-Time: Flexible scheduling available.
