The Maimonides Early Childhood Center (ECC) in Brookline, MA seeks experienced, enthusiastic teachers certified in Early Childhood Education. This program teaches children aged 15 months - 5 years old in a warm and nurturing environment. We are child-centered, with a Reggio-inspired philosophy. Rooted in Jewish values, our program features a pioneering curriculum designed to inspire a love of Torah, Israel, and Hebrew language.
Qualifications
Candidates must have prior early childhood teaching experience. Above all, applicants must treasure preschool-aged children, and appreciate the uniqueness of each child. We seek to hire enthusiastic educators who will inspire our young children to learn through exploration and investigation. In addition we are looking for:
1-2 years of relevant experience in an early childhood education environment
Able to collaborate and work effectively with all staff, families, and children
A caring and creative individual who is passionate about working with children
Ability to speak or understand Hebrew is a plus
Salary & Benefits
Annual salary is $45,000 - $52,000, commensurate with experience
