Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, for an Immigration Attorney specializing in E-2 and EB-5 investor visas. The attorney will provide legal counsel to clients, prepare immigration petitions, and represent clients in legal proceedings. Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, advising on immigration strategies, interpreting immigration laws, and collaborating with clients on complex immigration matters. The attorney will manage cases to completion while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Immigration Law, Immigration Issues, and Investor Visas
- Proficiency in handling legal issues and drafting thorough legal documents
- Strong understanding of E-2 and EB-5 visa programs and related processes
- Effective communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills
- Active license to practice law within the United States
