Opportunity: Self-Starter (Individual or Team) to Lead & Modernize a Profitable NH Family Business

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter — or small team — to step into a key leadership role at a long-established, profitable New Hampshire family business as two employees prepare to retire.

This is a hands-on opportunity to run, modernize, and help rebuild a real business with significant untapped potential. You’ll have the autonomy to shape operations, update systems, and influence the company’s direction — without the financial commitments of ownership.

A highly experienced employee will remain in place to ensure continuity.
