We are Hybrid– office, remote, and client sites.
Deliverables:
- Provides technical review in areas such as partnership, corporate, and individual returns or estates
- Drives learning opportunities for staff and provides technical tax guidance to maximize professional development
- Participates and manages a variety of client engagements; planning, executing, and completing tax projects
- Consultation and preparation of client memorandum
- Consults with clients on operational and control opportunities
- Assists in the training and development of staff
- Provides open communication to all staff to promote positive learning environment
Background/Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or degree and 24 credits in accounting
- Active CPA license
- 7 years providing tax consultation to individuals, partners, and corporate clients
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to develop staff and provide guidance to closely held clients
- Tax s/w expertise (ProSystem Tax preferred) document management and workflow, time and billing, CCH ProSystem Engagement, Microsoft Office
- A mindset that supports continuous learning and passion to share your knowledge with peers and staff
