Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Account Executive will be responsible for fostering client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of direct mail campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring campaign objectives are met. The role involves strategic planning, supporting client retention, and actively contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and account management skills, including experience with client relationship building and negotiation
• Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate solutions and engage with diverse stakeholders
• Organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and utilizing it for strategic decision-making
• Familiarity with direct mail marketing, printing processes, or related industries is highly desirable
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
