About Us
Mail Processing Associates is a full-service print and mail shop proudly serving Central Florida for over 35 years. We support more than 1,000 clients with top-tier customer service, high-quality work, and competitive pricing. We’re growing fast and expanding our team to keep delivering the high standards our customers count on.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Fulfillment Associate to join our Lakeland-based team. This is a hands-on, detail-focused position that plays a key role in getting our clients’ mailers assembled and out the door—accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
If you're someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, enjoys a fast-paced but organized work environment, and is looking to grow with a stable company, this could be a great fit.
What a typical day might look like:
- Spend the morning hand-stuffing or assembling a custom kitted mailer (e.g., a large envelope or branded box with multiple printed pieces and inserts). You double-check every detail.
- Later, prep an EDDM mailing by counting, weighing, and organizing large stacks of postcards. You’re on your feet, lifting and moving materials with care and precision.
- Wrap up the afternoon by marriage-matching personalized letters—matching names to envelopes and ensuring each package is correct. You take pride in getting it perfect.
Our fulfillment team is small, experienced, and highly collaborative - with an average tenure of over 8 years. We’re not a warehouse or forklift-heavy operation. We’re a print and mail facility where precision and consistency matter.
If you're dependable, detail-driven, and looking for long-term growth in a supportive team environment, we’d love to meet you.
