In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-touch, consultative support to new and potential commercial clients. You will field incoming phone calls and web inquiries to uncover unique business challenges, identify campaign goals, and analyze initial project specs. Leveraging an expert understanding of our capabilities, you will review technical mailing variables, evaluate list requirements, and present tailored, end-to-end recommendations that empower clients to successfully plan, budget, and optimize their direct mail campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary, consultative point of contact for inbound prospects, mapping their business challenges and production timelines to our facility's capabilities.
- Provide comprehensive guidance and ongoing operational support for complex direct mail inquiries across both email and phone channels.
- Review incoming client project details—including formatting parameters, data layouts, and postage options—to ensure complete production compliance.
- Craft and present precise, value-driven project recommendations that help clients accurately maximize their mail strategy and campaign budget.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to guide clients through complex logistical or regulatory requirements.
- Strong consultative communication skills, featuring the ability to translate technical printing parameters and postal strategies into clear, actionable advice over phone and email.
- Deeply customer-oriented with a relentless focus on delivery; a passion for providing the elite service and client support that differentiates our brand in the marketplace.
- Prior professional exposure to the direct mail, commercial printing, fulfillment, or corporate advertising industries is highly advantageous.
- Requirements: Ability to work full-time, completely on-site at our Lakeland facility, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
