We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Virtual Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to our customers. This fully remote role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate solutions while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.Key Responsibilities     •    Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat     •    Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies     •    Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems when necessary     •    Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions     •    Resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner     •    Follow company policies and procedures for customer support     •    Meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets     •    Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service as neededRequirements     •    High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)     •    Previous customer service or call center experience preferred     •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills     •    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail     •    Comfortable using computers, email, and chat platforms     •    Ability to multitask and manage time effectively     •    Reliable internet connection and a working computer     •    Positive attitude and ability to work independentlyPreferred Skills (Optional)     •    Experience with CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.)     •    Bilingual or multilingual abilities     •    Previous remote work experience     •    Basic troubleshooting skillsBenefits (If offered)     •    Flexible remote work schedule     •    Competitive pay     •    Paid training     •    Career growth and advancement opportunities
