As a House Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the house cleaning operations within a designated area. Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
2. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
3. Inspect and evaluate the quality of cleaning services provided to clients, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
4. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
6. Communicate with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences, and address any feedback or complaints.
7. Monitor and track cleaning staff performance and productivity, and provide coaching and support as needed.
8. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning services for special events or projects.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in house cleaning to continuously improve services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in house cleaning or janitorial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- College degree or equivalent; additional certification in cleaning management is a plus.
