About the Role
We are hiring experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Professional Home Cleaners to join our growing cleaning team serving Fremont and a 25-mile surrounding radius.
We work with recurring clients, insurance-referred clients, and one-time bookings — and we’re looking for cleaners who take pride in delivering high-quality, consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas thoroughly
- Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, organizing
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Safely use cleaning products and supplies
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled jobs
Requirements
- Experience in professional residential cleaning (required)
- Must be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to follow checklists and meet high cleaning standards
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable traveling within Fremont 25 miles
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Must have your own transportation
- Must be able to use a smartphone (schedule, GPS, job notes)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with deep cleaning or move-out cleaning
- Friendly, client-focused attitude
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Additional languages welcome (English required; Spanish is a plus but not required)
