This is a phone-based business development role focused on outbound cold calling and closing leads.
The customer service / sales person owns the full customer journey — from first call and quote through scheduling, follow-up, and long-term customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trust over the phone, maintaining organized routines, and following through consistently to ensure customers receive the right service from start to finish. What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound phone calls and follow-ups to homeowners and businesses to introduce our cleaning services and convert leads into booked jobs
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, website inquiries, and live chat with a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented approach
- Qualify leads, explain service options, generate or assist with quotes, and close residential and commercial cleaning services
- Meet or exceed individual sales and booking targets through consistent outbound calling and follow-up
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments, working closely with operations and field teams to ensure smooth execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers before and after service
- Handle rescheduling, special requests, concerns, and post-service follow-ups to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Accurately update CRM and scheduling systems with client information, notes, and job details
- Track customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction metrics; identify opportunities for improvement or upselling
- Provide light administrative support when needed (billing questions, documentation, or service confirmations)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in inside sales, or service-based sales (cleaning, facilities, home services, or similar)
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone, including outbound calls
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, self-driven, and organized, with strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and customer requests calmly and efficiently
- Confident closing sales while maintaining a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and general office tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
- Positive, professional attitude with attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or related training is a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 annually (based on experience) Plus
