What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Cleaning Technician position at MaidPro?
Do you love to clean and want to start work today? At Maidpro, we start you at $18/hour and pay you $18/ hour for training. After the training sessions, you begin working independently and you will also make tips, bonuses and paid time off. We pay $18/ hour for any necessary travel AND reimburse you at .40 per mile! We believe strongly in work life balance, do not require anyone to work weekends or holidays, and never deny any amount of time off (as long as we have proper notice). We have monthly company gatherings, an annual holiday party, and every summer we have a family cookout.
We value reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude in all team members. Pay is on the books, you must be legally employed in the USA.
Requirements:
Must have your own registered and insured vehicle.
Must be willing to work with free roaming pets.
Must be able to lift 30 lbs regularly
Responsibilities: Preform our 49pt Checklist in client homes. Regularly lift up to 30lbs. Manage time according to our room calculator. Clearly communicate with office through written and verbal communications in English.
