MaidPro Is Hiring: Cleaning Team Lead & Operations Support

Location: 311 Consort Drive, Ballwin, Missouri 63011
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday starting at 7:30am availability required; variable weekly hours with 10 guaranteed office hours per week
Work setting: In person, at our office and client properties

MaidPro is looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on team member to help keep our Missouri operations running smoothly. This role combines office preparation, employee training, client walkthroughs, quality checks, and residential cleaning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Office and equipment preparation: Keep the office clean and organized, handle laundry, track inventory, and prepare vacuums, cleaning caddies, and supplies so our cleaning teams are ready for the day.
• Employee onboarding and training: Help welcome new employees, demonstrate MaidPro cleaning methods, and coach team members on quality, efficiency, and client care.
• Client walkthroughs: Visit prospective and new clients’ properties to understand cleaning needs, document expectations, and communicate details to the team.
• Quality control: Check completed jobs, provide constructive feedback, and help ensure our work meets MaidPro standards.
• Cleaning: Complete scheduled cleanings, work alongside new employees, and help cover cleaning assignments as needed. Cleaning is a regular part of this position.

Schedule and hours:

We guarantee 10 hours of office work each week. Additional hours will vary based on cleaning schedules, training needs, walkthroughs, and quality checks.

You must be available Monday through Friday starting in the office at 7:30am and comfortable with changes in assignments and shift length. Five-day availability does not mean five full days of scheduled work or guaranteed full-time hours.

• Has reliable transportation to the office and client properties.
• Is comfortable using a smartphone for schedules, job notes, and communication.

Previous experience as a cleaning trainer, team lead, or quality inspector is a plus.
