Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage the intake process, including collecting medical histories and verifying insurance information
- Assist chiropractors with patient assessments, including measuring vital signs and documenting symptoms accurately
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for each appointment
- Provide hands-on therapies and therapeutic support to patients.
- Explain procedures to patients clearly, answering questions about treatment plans and post-care instructions
- Maintain detailed records using medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to support accurate documentation
- Support patient education by providing information on physiology and anatomy relevant to their care
- Ensure smooth clinic operations by scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
- Qualifications
- Prior experience in patient service or healthcare settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to support clinical tasks effectively
