About the Position
As a Cleaning Technician, you'll clean residential homes using our established systems, products, and training. You'll work independently or with a teammate to provide a consistently high level of service while creating an outstanding experience for every client.
No two days are exactly the same, which makes this a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and takes satisfaction in seeing the results of their work.
Your Day May Include
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other household spaces.
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and polishing surfaces.
- Following our detailed cleaning checklist to ensure consistent quality.
- Preparing each home for a final walkthrough before leaving.
- Caring for company equipment and supplies.
- Communicating with management regarding scheduling, client requests, or any concerns that arise.
- Treating every client, home, and personal belonging with professionalism and respect.
