We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our growing professional cleaning team. We currently service the Paulding, Defiance, and Van Wert counties in Ohio. We are looking to fill 1 PRN position for those counties. While hours may start light as we expand in this area, there is strong potential for increased hours and advancement for the right candidates. We are also looking for 2 employees available to work in the Maumee, Perrysburg, and Toledo area. These positions will be starting us out in these areas. Must be willing to give it your all to help grow the company.

Pay Structure
- $10.70/hr during training
- $15.50/hr for the first 30 days
- Up to $18.50/hr in first 3 months
- Earn up to 38% commission (after 3 months, based on performance)
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willing to train in Defiance or Paulding for 1–2 weeks
- Professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
