Maid Right seeks a Customer Service Representative, who drives sales by effectively booking estimates and one-time cleanings while delivering excellent customer service to existing customers. They can also be cross-trained to serve as an estimator or field manager.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
• Respond to and handle incoming telephone calls and web leads
• Sell Maid Right services by phone to potential customers
• Schedule estimates
• Make back-marketing phone calls to re-engage customers
• Maintain Social Media postings on Facebook, Instagram and other outlets
• Increase the customer base to meet monthly standards
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Administrative:
• Document and maintain all incoming calls from prospective customers and overall master records
• Scan and maintain files on all estimates
• Send thank you and/or welcome letters to franchisee prospects and after estimates
Requirements:
• Phone, computer and communication and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sales and customer service experience
• Able to work regular office hours
• Valid Driver's License and Social Security card
• Bilingual
• Must be bondable; requires passing a criminal background check
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the Maid Right image
• Attendance and participation in all staff meetings
• Abide by all rules, regulations, and policies

Physical Demands

Must be able to function in high-pressure situations, take legible handwritten notes where necessary, have correctable vision and hearing. Also includes environmental exposure to chemicals typically found in cleaning solutions, air conditioned/heated home environments, low to medium noise levels such as that typical of cleaning equipment operations, and lighting as found in typical home environments.
