Professional Housekeeper

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across residential properties.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards in all areas of the home.
• Handle changing linens, washing dishing, possible organizing, and folding and putting laundry away.
• Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs/concerns.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with outdoor work when necessary to ensure the overall cleanliness of the property exterior. (Cleaning storm shelters out, sweeping front and back patio areas, washing off patio furniture).
• Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and use of cleaning materials.
• Ability to perform lifting and moving items under 30 lbs. safely and handle manual tasks efficiently and proficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly.
• Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is advantageous but not required.
• Physical stamina as well as the ability to bend, kneel, be on hands or knees, climb step stools/ladders, or be able to stand for longer periods of time throughout the day while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
