· Cleaning of windows and window sills in elevator and maintenance building. |

· Performs vacuuming, sweeping, mopping of floors, and stairs as necessary. |
|
· Wears proper protection equipment when necessary. |
|
· Maintains proper labeling and usage of all cleaning agents. |
|
· Maintains the janitor closet in a clean and organized manner. |
|
· General maintenance of grounds, docks and vessels. |
|
· Performs routine electrical repairs such as changing light bulbs or fluorescent lamps. |
|
· Clean and sanitize bathrooms. |
|
· Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves and refrigerators in lunch room. |
|
· Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners and clean receptacles as necessary. |
|
· All other duties as assigned. |
