Maid Maddie is a leader in the real estate industry for over 20 years and we assist with buying, selling, and renting homes; specializing in corporate housing . We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness in our properties, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable for the upcoming guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform complete deep cleaning of single- family homes, townhomes, condos, and apartments.
- Dust, sanitize, and polish furniture and fixtures .
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform basic maintenance including changing air filters/batteries, adding new door codes, etc.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to lift moderate weights and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
