Job Summary
Make-Ready Apartment Cleaners Waco, TX (4-week project)
This is high-volume make-ready (turnover) cleaning of apartment units. You'll work as part of a two to three-person team, moving quickly to get each unit spotless and ready for the next resident. The goal is to clean as many units as possible each day, so speed, consistency, and teamwork all matter.
Duties
- make-ready cleaning of apartment units: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors
- Clean inside appliances, cabinets, and closets so units are move-in ready
- Work efficiently as part of a three-person team
- Keep a fast, steady pace while holding a high standard
- Reset each unit so it's ready for the next resident
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is highly preferred; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and reaching high surfaces.
- Excellent attitude , working in a team environment
