Residential & Commercial Cleaning Specialist

Maid In Roehm is a growing cleaning business looking for dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible cleaning professionals to join our team!

We provide a variety of cleaning services to residential and commercial clients, including house cleaning, apartment turnovers, janitorial services, laundry, and other cleaning-related tasks. Because our business continues to grow across multiple service areas, we're looking for team members who are open to variety and willing to take on different types of assignments throughout the week.

What you'll do

• Perform residential house cleaning and housekeeping services.
• Clean rental properties and air bnb's between tenants/guests, including move-in and move-out turnovers.
• Perform janitorial and commercial cleaning assignments.
• Complete laundry, linen changes, and other housekeeping-related tasks as needed.
• Follow cleaning checklists and maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly.
• Communicate professionally with clients and management.
• Adapt to changing assignments and help wherever cleaning services are scheduled.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between job locations.

Schedule & Hours

• Part-time position with flexible scheduling.
• Work assignments may vary from week to week depending on client bookings and business needs.
• Some assignments may be scheduled in advance, while others may be offered on an as-needed or on-call basis.
• Opportunity to pick up additional hours as Maid In Roehm expands its client base and cleaning services.
• Applicants should be comfortable with a changing schedule and performing different types of cleaning assignments.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

• Training pay: $18 per hour during training.
• Starting pay after training: $20 per hour once you have completed training and can independently perform assigned services while meeting company quality standards.
• Opportunities for advancement: As Maid In Roehm grows, there will be opportunities for pay increases, additional responsibilities, and promotions into leadership positions, including Team Lead and Management roles.

• Additional compensation: Some specialized cleaning or project assignments may have a different pay structure, which will be communicated before the assignment.
