Job Summary
Maid In Montana is seeking a dependable, motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our cleaning team, maintain exceptional service standards, and help grow our client base. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable making decisions independently while ensuring our clients and employees receive excellent support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cleaning schedules and employee assignments.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support cleaning staff.
- Conduct quality-control inspections and maintain cleaning standards.
- Coordinate short-term rental turnovers and residential cleanings.
- Communicate with clients and promptly resolve concerns.
- Manage supplies, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Develop relationships with property managers, Realtors, and prospective clients.
- Generate new business and help grow recurring cleaning accounts.
- Assist with cleaning when necessary to meet client commitments.
