What You’ll Do
Our cleaners handle a variety of residential cleaning services, including:
● Standard recurring house cleanings
● Deep cleanings
● Move-in and move-out cleanings
● Apartment and condo cleanings
● Short-term rental / vacation rental turnovers
● Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
● Dusting and wiping surfaces
● Vacuuming and mopping floors
● Cleaning countertops, sinks, tubs and showers
● Cleaning toilets and other bathroom fixtures
● Cleaning mirrors and glass
● Making beds and changing linens when requested
● Emptying trash
● Light tidying and organization
● Cleaning common living areas and bedrooms
● Following property-specific cleaning checklists
● Reporting any damage, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions to management

Cleaning Supplies Requirement & Reimbursement
Cleaners are required to provide their own cleaning supplies and basic equipment.
We do not supply cleaning products or tools for jobs. However, we reimburse approved cleaning supply expenses used for company-assigned jobs according to our reimbursement policy.
This allows cleaners to use products they are comfortable with while ensuring consistent quality standards across all homes.
A Typical Day
You may start your day with a recurring residential cleaning, followed by a deep cleaning or move-out cleaning.
Each home will have a cleaning checklist and specific instructions. You’ll complete the cleaning, ensure the home meets our quality standards, and move on to your next scheduled property.
Most importantly, we are looking for cleaners who can consistently deliver a great experience for our customers.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
● Stand and walk for several hours
● Bend, kneel, and reach
● Lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
● Work around furniture
● Clean bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and other areas of a home
● Perform repetitive cleaning movements throughout the workday
Experience
Preferred:
● 1 year of residential or professional cleaning experience
Not required:
● Professional cleaning experience is not mandatory for the right candidate. We are willing to train dependable individuals who have a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
