New Hire Bonus:
- Receive a $50 Bonus after 2 full calendar months
Bonus/ Pay Raise Incentives:
- Employees are eligible for a $1/hour increase in pay after only 1 month
- Pay starts at $16.00 an hour, tips & mileage reimbursement.
- Incentives: $50 Monthly, Top Performer and New Hire bonuses available.
- Benefits: Dental, vision, life insurance, free telehealth medical services available after 90 days
Requirements for the Job:
- Available for weekday Shift Only (Must be able to start at 7:45am)
- Must be 18 or over
- Must have reliable vehicle to drive between job sites (no ridesharing or drop-offs)
- Willing to travel throughout Hillsborough County *No Exceptions*
- Valid driver’s license & insurance (at minimum covers employee as included driver on policy)
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to pass nationwide background check
Physical requirements:
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb stairs/ladders
- Push/pull vacuums and mops
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Stand for extended periods
