Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented House Cleaners/Maids to join our team as W-2 employees, working on a weekly pay schedule in the Brando/Tampa area. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional cleaning services while enjoying a supportive work environment and consistent hours. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygienic living spaces
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Use various cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens by cooking assistance when needed and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized
- Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction during each visit
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, custodial roles, or hotel housekeeping is great but not a must. Training is provided.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb stairs/ladders
- Push/pull vacuums and mops
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Stand for extended periods
