Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across various surfaces and areas within each residence.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely while maintaining proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled windows while upholding quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation practices, and janitorial equipment operation is essential
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with proper technique
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Familiarity with outdoor work environments and residential housekeeping routines is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout each shift
- Valid experience in dusting, carpet cleaning, floor maintenance and general janitorial duties is highly desirable
