Cleaner Requirements
- Enjoys helping others.
- Having a positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
- Enjoy working as a team with others.
- Driver's license (not mandatory but preferable)
- Ability to focus on details to professionally clean home or office.
- Ability to get to work on time, be reliable and constant.
- Working in cooperation with team members to provide an efficient and timely service.
- Improve the quality of life of our customers by recognizing and responding to their priorities.
- Follow Maid Brigade's cleaning system to provide excellent customer service.
- Stable income and good wages
- Paid training program.
- Pay base $15 dollars ($17 with a driver's license!)
- Make between $17 per hour depending on experience, productivity bonuses, and tipping opportunities ($150 in cash when you complete your 90-day probationary period)
- Vacation, PTO, and paid holidays
- Flexible working hours and weekdays only. NO nights, NO Weekends, NO Holidays
- We provide company cars, cleaning supplies, and uniforms.
