About The Role

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for excellence? We are looking for a high-energy Field Manager to join our growing team in Mesa. You will be the "eyes and ears" of our operations, ensuring every home we touch meets our gold standard of clean.

This isn't a desk job—you’ll be out in the field, supporting our teams, mentoring new talent, and ensuring our equipment is as sharp as our service.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Conduct surprise and scheduled inspections of residential properties to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
• Training & Mentorship: Lead the onboarding of new hires, teaching them our specific cleaning methods and safety protocols.
• Equipment Management: Regularly inspect vacuums, mops, and specialized tools to ensure everything is in top working order; coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
• Team Support: Act as the first point of contact for field cleaners to solve on-site challenges and maintain high morale.
• Efficiency Oversight: Monitor supply levels and help teams manage their daily schedules to ensure on-time arrivals.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in professional cleaning or restoration (1 years preferred).
• Leadership: A natural ability to teach others and provide constructive feedback with a positive attitude.
• Reliability: You’re a "morning person" who is ready to hit the ground running at 8:00 AM.
• The Mesa Expert: Familiarity with the Mesa area and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Eye for Detail: You notice the dust on the baseboard that everyone else misses.
