Job Summary
Job Title: Residential/Commercial Cleaner (Part-Time / As-Needed)must have transportation

Hours: Flexible / As-Needed Basis (Supplemental Income Only)
We are a growing professional cleaning company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team! Please note: This position does NOT have set hours. This is an "as-needed" role perfect for someone looking for supplemental income until further notice.Also must have their own transportation.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform high-quality cleanings (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing) on an as-needed basis.
- Spend your first 1–2 weeks training closely with the owner to learn our systems and standards.
- Follow a strict pre-job checklist to ensure you have the right tools for success.
- Work independently on-site once fully trained, while staying connected to management via text/app.
Requirements:
- Must be looking for supplemental, flexible income (no guaranteed hours).
- Must be available for full on-site training for the first 1 to 2 weeks.
- Must have a reliable transportation
- Must have a smartphone for time-tracking and communication.
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
