Made 2 Shine is a growing commercial cleaning company specializing in film and television production studios, production facilities, and post-production cleaning services throughout New Jersey.

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor / Working Foreman to lead our cleaning crews and oversee daily field operations.

Position Overview

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating daily cleaning operations, supervising employees, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, make sound decisions, lead by example, and serve as a dependable point of contact between cleaning crews, clients, and company ownership.

Essential Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required. Applicants must have their own vehicle consistently available for daily use to travel independently between job sites and carry out supervisory responsibilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, housekeeping, or a related industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage employee schedules, assignments, and daily workflow.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining company standards.
• Willingness to assist with hands-on cleaning when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations

• Supervise, coordinate, and support cleaning crews at assigned locations.
• Assign daily responsibilities and monitor employee performance.
• Coordinate employee schedules, attendance, and staffing needs.
• Help train new team members and reinforce company standards.
• Address routine operational challenges and communicate important updates to ownership.

Job-Site Coordination & Logistics

• Travel independently between assigned job sites in Moonachie, Carlstadt, Secaucus, Kearny, Jersey City and Beyonne.
• Coordinate crew arrivals, transportation logistics, and job-site readiness.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are available and properly maintained.
• Monitor job progress and ensure assignments are completed within established timelines.
• Adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.

Quality Control & Client Relations

• Conduct inspections to ensure cleaning meets company and client expectations.
• Address cleaning deficiencies promptly and professionally.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and production-site personnel.
• Ensure employees follow safety procedures and respect client property.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion in production environments.

Compensation & Incentives

Base Pay: $25 –$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
