Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi preparation area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours.
- Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across all dishes.
- Assist in developing new sushi recipes and menu items to enhance customer offerings.

Skills
