This is a standalone role — ideal for someone with solid EHS experience who's ready to step into a leadership position, run a tight program, and drive real impact on the ground.This is not just about compliance — it's about building a culture of safety and accountability in a fast-paced environment where every detail counts.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn all EHS compliance across the plant (OSHA, DOH, EPA, DEC, etc.)Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigationsDesign and deliver training programs to drive safety awareness and accountabilityEnsure SOPs are aligned with safety standards and updated regularlyTrack and report on key safety metrics (incidents, near misses, etc.)Serve as point of contact during inspections and auditsCollaborate with plant leadership to improve safety protocols and foster a proactive safety cultureWho You Are2–5 years of EHS experience in food production, manufacturing, or industrial environmentsStrong working knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety standardsHands-on, confident, and comfortable operating independentlyOrganized, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiativeStrong communicator who can influence teams and promote a safety-first mindsetEmail resume to: Baila@maiplacement.com
