About the Role
A growing insurance brokerage is seeking a sharp, organized, and highly detail-oriented Case Manager to manage insurance applications from intake through placement.
This is a behind-the-scenes role for someone who enjoys keeping details organized, following a process from beginning to end, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You will essentially serve as the back-office support for insurance brokers, coordinating between brokers, insurance carriers, underwriters, and internal departments to keep each case moving forward.
This is a hands-on case management and processing position that requires strong follow-through, professional communication, and the ability to figure things out independently.

The right candidate is someone who is:
- Extremely organized and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
- Detail-oriented and likely to catch missing or incorrect information before it becomes a problem
- Professional in both written and verbal communication
- A strong communicator who can coordinate with several different parties around the same case
- Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do next
- A natural problem solver who is comfortable researching and figuring things out independently
- Computer savvy and comfortable learning and navigating multiple online portals and systems
- Serious, dependable, and focused
- Comfortable working in a quieter, professional office environment where the focus is on getting the work done
Experience
Life insurance experience is a strong plus, but it is not required.
We are also very interested in candidates with experience in:
- Mortgage or loan processing
- Insurance processing or insurance operations
- Underwriting support
- Financial services operations
- Other detail-heavy administrative or processing roles involving sensitive documentation and coordination between multiple parties
Candidates coming from another industry will absolutely be considered if they have strong processing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage detailed cases independently.
