As a veterinary technician with MVVC you will be responsible for:

• Holding a diploma in Veterinary Technology and maintaining current licensure (preferred)
• Bringing a minimum of 2 years of experience as a veterinary technician (required)
• Holding certification or demonstrated proficiency in Friendly and/or Fear Free handling
• Performing dental prophylaxis, monitoring anesthesia, and pain management
• Demonstrating proficiency in venipuncture and IV catheter placement
• Collecting, preparing, and processing samples for laboratory testing
• Capturing high-quality radiographs and ensuring proper positioning and safety
• Ensuring compliance with all DEA and OSHA standards and protocols
• Navigating practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency
• Communicating effectively with clients and fostering strong interpersonal relationships
• Exhibiting excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
