Full-Time Seasonal (May – September, estimated)

Job Description:
The Mahoning Valley Scrappers are seeking a motivated and hands-on Stadium Operations Assistant for the upcoming season. This role provides comprehensive experience in facility operations management and daily ballpark operations. 

·         Assist the Assistant General Manager, Operations during Scrappers home games and special events at Eastwood Field

·         Collaborate with the Cleaning Supervisor to maintain a clean and safe ballpark environment

·         Ensure the ballpark is properly set up according to schedule before gates open

·         Learn and assist with ballpark operating systems 

·         Support game day operations and special events as needed

·         Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising concession employees

·         Provide support on the playing field as needed

·         Assist in coordinating outside events, including wrestling, Buddy Walk, youth camps, clinics, and corporate events

·         Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

·         Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the season

·         Experience in general maintenance or facility operations

·         Previous experience in a similar environment preferred

·         Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays

·         Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently

·         Excellent time management and organizational skills
