Production Assistant
Full-Time Seasonal (May-September, estimated)
The Mahoning Valley Scrappers are seeking a reliable, organized, and creative Seasonal Production Assistant to support the Marketing Department throughout the baseball season. This role assists the Production Manager with in-game production, content creation, and special event execution, helping deliver an exciting and memorable fan experience at Eastwood Field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the Production Manager with in-game production elements including video board content, music, scripts, and on-field promotions
• Support setup, operation, and breakdown of production room, audio, and video equipment on game days and event days
• Assist with game streaming operations as directed
• Help capture video and photo content during games, promotions, and special events
• Assist in editing basic video and graphic content for in-game use and social media platforms
• Support player, promotional, and sponsor video shoots including headshots and interviews
• Help prepare and organize game-day materials such as scripts, rosters, and press box documents
• Work collaboratively with Promotions and Marketing staff to ensure smooth execution of game-day entertainment
• Assist with non-baseball events such as concerts, community events, and special promotions
• Maintain organization of production equipment and digital assets
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the season
• Interest in live event production, sports media, video, or graphics
• Basic familiarity with video, audio, or production equipment preferred
• Experience with video editing or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication, customer service, and reliability required
• Creativity and a positive attitude are essential
