Position Overview
Mahoney Tech Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and help grow our client base.
This is a flexible contract position ideal for someone who enjoys networking, sales, relationship building, and helping businesses improve their technology. The role offers hybrid work flexibility and performance-based compensation.
Responsibilities
* Identify and prospect new residential and business clients.
* Conduct outreach through phone calls, email, networking, referrals, and social media.
* Qualify potential clients and understand their technology needs.
* Schedule consultations and appointments with prospective customers.
* Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and opportunities within the CRM.
* Follow up with leads and nurture relationships throughout the sales process.
* Collaborate with leadership to improve sales strategies and messaging.
* Stay informed on local business opportunities and market trends.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
* Ability to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
