Key Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of jobsite leadership from mobilization through closeout
- Manage daily operations, subcontractors, and workflows across multiple active sites
- Build and maintain detailed schedules, adjusting proactively to avoid delays
- Oversee and inspect work for quality, code compliance, and design accuracy
- Enforce jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
- Act as the main on-site point of contact for clients, PMs, vendors, and inspectors
- Lead site meetings, walkthroughs, and coordination calls with project stakeholders
- Use Buildertrend and other tech tools to document progress and issues
- Solve field problems quickly and communicate impacts to the broader team
- Mentor junior superintendents and field staff in both technical execution and leadership
- 10 years in residential construction, with 5 years in a superintendent or site leadership role
- Experience running high-end or custom home builds
- Strong knowledge of sequencing, framing, finish work, and MEP coordination
- Confident reading architectural plans and scopes
- Proficient with Buildertrend or similar construction software
- Calm, clear communicator with strong leadership presence
- Tech-capable: mobile apps, reporting tools, cloud collaboration
- Clean driving record and valid U.S. work authorization
- Set the tone, pace, and standard on every jobsite
- Handle trades, timelines, and client concerns with professionalism
- Fix problems before they escalate
- Stay organized in the chaos of construction
