Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-end custom home projects from pre-construction to final delivery, owning scope, budget, and schedule
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules in Buildertrend
- Enforce strict quality, safety, and cleanliness standards with all subs and vendors
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the build
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and daily documentation
- Coordinate materials, labor, and equipment to meet timelines
- Keep all plans, specs, and documentation up to date
- Resolve site issues quickly and professionally
- Manage change orders, job costs, and project tracking in Buildertrend
- Drive final walkthroughs and seamless project closeouts
- Support estimating, bidding, and subcontractor selection
- Mentor junior staff and help uphold internal job site standards
- 8 years in residential construction project management
- At least 3 years leading high-end or custom home builds
- Advanced construction knowledge from framing to final finish
- Proficient with Buildertrend or similar software
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and teams
- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy: mobile tools, CRMs, daily reports
- Clean driving record and polished professional presence
- Push through setbacks without losing momentum
- Spot issues before they cost time or money
- Earn trust on-site and respect in the office
- Lead with clarity, calm, and accountability
- Hold the line on quality, even when no one's watching
